Terms & conditions

  • A security deposit may be required and will be refunded after check-out, provided no damages occur.
  • Cancellations and refund policies vary depending on the terms of reservations (length of stay, season, etc.). Please refer to the Cancellation Policy page  of our website and contact us if unsure.
  • The number of guests must not exceed the reservation agreement.
  • Any violation of house rules may result in early termination of the stay with no refund.
  • Guests are responsible for their belongings. Allure Athens and its legal representatives are not liable for lost or stolen items.
  • Guest(s) will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, their friend(s), or any person(s) for whom they are responsible.
  • Allure Athens is NOT a hotel and a reservation of any of the rooms of Allure Athens is a leasing agreement between Allure Athens and the guest(s). Therefore it is important that guests understand that there will be NO daily room services usually offered by hotels. We will however provide clean toiletries and sheets for reservations longer than a week. Extra cleaning services can be provided upon request for a fee of 20 euros and a guest have to be present during the time staff is in the apartment for liability purposes.
